The bistecca alla fiorentina is priced and cooked by the kilo, typically meant for at least two people to share rather than ordered per person — check with the waiter before assuming portion sizes work the way they do elsewhere. It's closed Mondays, and being family-run since 1953 shows in the service more than the menu: expect a slower, more old-fashioned pace than Rome's newer restaurants.
